Evergreen Land Services Company (ELS) is a Minnesota company that has provided land and right of way acquisition, relocation assistance, and appraisal services since 1972.  We have eight up to 40 years of individual experience in the acquisition, relocation, and appraisal fields.

All of the employees at ELS maintain professionalism not only through the requirements of the State for licensing, but through course work presented by the International Right of Way Association and the Federal Highway Administration.

All ELS employees continually seek ways to improve on a personal and company basis. If a more efficient and cost effective means to accomplish our tasks for the client are found, we implement them on all projects.  

ELS is a service company and it is our mission to serve our clients in the most cost effective and professional manner possible. We want all of our existing and new clients to look to us for repeat business.
